Share your contacts internally

You can share your contacts in Jarvis, between members of your company, in two ways:

1. 1. Share full contacts with all members of your company

Caution: The following setting requires an administrator user profile.
  1. Appointments inyour Settings

  2. In the menu on the left click on Society and then on "Information & Preferences"

  3. Check the box "Share contacts with all cabinet users"

2. Share contacts with certain members of your company

  1. Create your contacts

  2. Appointments inyour Settings

  3. In the settings menu click on the"Contacts" section



  4. Click on thegreen button"Edit shares"



  5. Select your company member(s) with who you want to share your contacts, then click on the "Save" button



    => all existing contacts that are in your name will be shared with the chosen recipients

Recipients will receive a notification when the sharing is effective.

Attention: This sharing only applies to contacts that existed at the time of sharing. If new contacts are created afterwards, it will be necessary to re-sharing.
