Share the totality of the burden payable between clients in the same file

In themulticliving files, it is possible to charge customers in 2 ways:
  • by dividing the totality of the fee amount between the clients of the file
  • by charging different due diligence to different customers
  1. Multi-lient invoicing based on the distribution of total fee amount.

Once onceyour multiclient folder is cr cr:

  • Enter your folder
  • Click onNew activity
  • Click on the activity to be created (e.g. time, fees, etc.)

  • Fill in the fields butdo not check Select a customer

  • Enter all your activities
  • To charge all the times of the folder, click onDistribution of customers

NB: to charge only certain items check them and click on Customer Distribution


  • Here, divide the distribution you want to make between your customers.
    Click on the icon "Magic wand" will leave the sum of fairly between all customers

  • If you want to change the distribution of the billable amount between your customers, you can:
  1. Change the percentage distribution
  2. Change the distribution of amounts

Please note: the percentage amount must be 100% and the sum of the amounts must correspond to the billable amount.

  • Once the distribution is defined, clickRegister
  • The tool manages so manyproformathat there are customers on your file

Remarks:

  • The continuation of thebilling processis the same as when you work on a single-customer file. You can take the FAQs from the edition of the proformas to find the rest of the procedure to follow if necessary.
  • You will have less opportunity to change the proformas during a distribution, with amounts already defined.
  • Theremoval of proformas from multiclient foldersis done from folders and not from the billing tab.
