Share a file with other members of your practice with JarvisDrive (Nextcloud)

It is possible to share a JarvisDrive directory with Jarvis users in the company:
  1. JarvisDrive directory of a Customer Folder:
    1. At the creation of the Customer File
    2. From the page of a Customer File already created

  2. Simple directory (JarvisDrive directory not linked to a given Customer Folder, or subdirectory of the JarvisDrive directory of a Customer Folder)
Attention: These manipulations only concern shares to Jarvis users of the company. To share an item from JarvisDrive to a Jarvis user from another company it is appropriate to use thesharing via an email address, a public linkor theClient portal.

Method 1 | Share the JarvisDrive directory of a Customer File upon creation

At the fourth stage of thecreation of a Customer File, you have the opportunity to choose which users you want to share the JarvisDrive directory attached to the Folder by clicking onSearch for users, and theor onInvite all usersif you want to share it with all the users of the company.



Method 2 | Share the JarvisDrive directory of a Customer Folder from the Folder page

Go to the file of a Customer File. Click on the pencil at the insertAccess to Drive.



You have the opportunity to choose which users you want to share the JarvisDrive folder attached to the folder by clicking onSearch for usersorInvite all usersif you want to share it with all the users of the company.



Method 3 | Share a directory from JarvisDrive

  1. Open thesharing centreby clicking on the pictogramor the pictogramto the right of the directory or file to share



    â†' The repository details panel will open to the right of the page directly on the Shares tab



  2. In the field "Name or email address..." Start typing the name of the user you want to share the element with

    â†' The tool will recognize the user and you will see the entire name appearing below the field with an icon displaying the initial 1st



  3. Click the name of the user who appears to add it to the shares.


You can then set the rights of sharing as for thesharing a JarvisDrive file/directory via an email address.
