Message "Access to the Denied JarvisDrive directory" in a folder (JarvisDrive 365)

This article is about Jarvis Drive 365 with Microsoft SharePoint. To obtain this module contact ourcommercial service.

What is it?

You are on the "JarvisDrive" tab of a folder and an information message tells you that access the JarvisDrive directory of the folder is not possible.

Why?

This message appears when you do not have access rights in Microsoft in the folder directory. This can happen, for example, if you don't have a Microsoft license or if you have been removed from directory access directly in Microsoft SharePoint.

How to solve the situation?

  1. Verify that you can access the root of the drive by clicking on "JarvisDrive" in the left menu of the Jarvis interface. If you succeed, it means that the difficulty only concerns the folder in which the error message is encountered. Click the "Relance Permissions" button to correct the situation.

  2. If you are unable to access the root of the drive, then check that in the Microsoft 365 admin center you have an account and license in your name. Otherwise create one (see article "Add a user to the Microsoft 365 account").
