Manage the types of part of your folders

When creating or modifying a folder you can add, in addition to the client, other parts: opponent, expert, etc. At any time from the Customizable List of Settings menu (1) you can add new game types (2), change existing typologies (3), or even delete them (4).

1. 1. Access to the customization menu of game types

This settings menu is only accessible to users with aprofilewith the right "Access to the menu Customizable lists in settings" enabled.

2. Add new typologies of parts


You can add a new part type for your folders in two ways:
  1. Either directly when creating or modifying a file, in Step 2 "Parties" (2.1)
  2. Either via parameters (2.2)

2.1 Adding a new part type from a folder

To add a new game typology:
  1. 1. 1. Open the creation/modification page of a file, and go to Step 2 entitled "Parties"


  1. 2. In the "Add part" field type the entire name of the new part typology to add, and then click on the "Add..." text which appears just below


The new game type is recorded and you will find it in the settings (see point 2).

2.2 Addition of a new part type via settings

  1. 1. 1. Go to the customization menu of party types (see paragraph 1)

  2. 2. Click on the buttonAdd a part


  1. 3. Fill in the full name of the new game typology, then click the buttonConfirm


3. Edit a typology of party

  1. 1. 1. Go to the customization menu of party types (see paragraph 1)

  2. 2. Click on the buttonEdit(grey button with a pencil pictogram) to the right of the typology to be modified


  1. 3. Change the name and click the buttonConfirm


4. Delete a game typology

  1. 1. 1. Go to the customization menu of party types (see paragraph 1)

  2. 2. Click on the buttonRemove(red button with a trash pictogram) to the right of the typology to delete


Attention: It is not possible to delete a typology that is used in a folder.
