Reactivated the change of VAT of a contact

The functionality of making a contact's VAT rate to change a contact, on non-billed activities related to that contact, is again available. For more information on changing VAT rates see the article “Manage a customer's hourly rate and VAT rate.



Adding a line “Remiseâ€" when displaying the detail of a fee invoice

When you have been on the “billing†tab of a file or contact, or when you are in the table “Invoicesâ€" table, you had the opportunity to display the breakdown of the amount of a fee invoice between fees, fees and disbursements. Now this detail also displays the amount of any remittances applied.



Addition of accounting accounts

Some accounting accounts, available in the Settings, are added automatically. For example, a new account 41 is created as soon as you add a new contact as a Client of a folder.
You now have the opportunity to add accounting accounts under certain Classes yourself. For more information, see the article “Add an accounting account.



Adding a Currency column in export of the Regulations Tracking page

So far, when you export the table “Regulations Trackingâ€" column showed the amount of the regulation and its currency. The cells were therefore considered to be in text format in spreadsheet software and not in number format. This required reprocessing this column in spreadsheet software in order to be able to apply calculation formulas on amounts (totals, averages, etc. ).
Now the export of the page “Sfollowing regulationsâ€" separates the amount and currency. Thus, the format of the column “Montant†column should allow formulas to be applied without changing the data.
