Delete a matter

Delete a matter

In case of error or duplication you have the possibility to delete an existing matter, if this right is enabled for your User Profile.

Warning
Attention. - Before deleting a matter verify that it does not contain any invoices, and that the activities it contains are transferred if necessary to another matter. In general rule we recommend to archive a matter rather than deleting it.

To delete a matter:
  1. Go to the matter you want to delete

  2. Click on the blue button at the top right to view the available options

  3. Select "Delete"

  4. In the window that appears confirm the deletion

Alert
Note: Delete a matter does not delete by the associated folder in Jarvis Drive. You will need to delete it manually if need be.
