Change the hourly rate of users

From the My Profile menu

You canchange your own hourly ratedeputiesis the My Profile menu.

From the Users & Teams menu

If you have an Administrator profile, it is also possible for an administrator to change the rate of other usersand to select which already integrated and non-billed activities on which it will be applied repeatedly.

  1. Go to a user's edit window (see articleChange a user's information)

  2. In the window update the hourly rate HT per user default



Note: Once the hourly rate and/or daily rate are changed, a section appears to allow you to apply this change repeatedly to all non-billed activities of that user:



By enabling the option you can choose the effective date:
