Add a billing establishment

This setting is only available to users with administrator rights.

You can fill in the "My practice" menu several billing facilities.

You can add as many billing facilities as you want. They will each have their own reference and sequence invoices.

To inform your billing facilities:

• From the parameters, and the
  
• Click onBilling
  
• Click onEstablishments
  

Click onAdd a establishmentFill in the fields of the window that opens:

• NameThis is the name of the billing institution. This field is required.
  
• Legal Form
  
• Address
  
• Siren
  
• Number of VAT
  
• Telephone
  
• Define as a billing establishment: Allows you to design the establishment as the preferred establishment (by default) for your invoices
  

Once you have filled in all the fields:

• Click onAdd
  

You can add as many account as you wish by retrieving the step described above. If you choose to add more, you will see that the first créé account is the one by default and that it is:

• modifiable
  
• not removable
