Understand the principle of synchronization via JarvisBox (Nextcloud)
Syncing the JarvisBox is a process that allows you to have access to the same content as JarvisDrive. If you make a change to a document in JarvisDrive, the JarvisBox will sync that change to your computer, and vice versa.
If your company has multiple users, each will be able to sync JarvisDrive to their own computer via the JarvisBox. Thus a change made on a document by user A will be synchronized first to the JarvisDrive via its JarvisBox, then to the computer of user B via the JarvisBox of the latter.
If JarvisBox is synchronized, the process no longer works properly and changes made by a user may no longer synchronize with other users. In this case, there are two cases:
- Either your JarvisBox is synchronized: in this case you will see that the changes you make via your computer on your documents do not appear in JarvisDrive
- Either it is the JarvisBox of another member of your company that is deynchronized: the changes you made to your computer appear in JarvisDrive, but not on that other user's computer.
