Turning a contact into a customer
Once onceyour contact sheet créée, it is possible to turn it into a customer. Unlike a contact sheet, a customer record offers the possibility to generate a supply and a credit. It is also possible to refer a regulation.
When youintegrate contact in parts of a file, the Contact sheet automatically turns into a Customer sheet. You can also do the following from the Contacts tab:
- Click on the arrowActions
- Click onChange as a customer
It is possible to do this for several contacts at the same time.
