Set two-factor authentication for Jarvis Drive 365

Once logged into the new JarvisDrive, you will be asked to set a two-factor authentication via the Microsoft Authentifcator app. Note that you can choose another authentication mode.

To set two-factor authentication:
  1. Click on the button Next on the page Help us to protect your account



  2. On your mobile device (phone/tablet) install the app Microsoft Authenticator

  3. On your computer click on the button Next



  4. On the Microsoft Authenticator mobile app, select Add an account then Scan a code (it may be necessary to select Scan a QR)

  5. On the computer, click on the button Next to display the QR code to scan



  6. Using the Microsoft Authenticator mobile app, scan the QR code that appears on your computer screen



  7. One done, click on the button Next that appears on your computer screen



    You will receive a test notification on your phone, via the Microsoft Authenticator app, which should be approved

  8. Once the test notification is approved, click on the button Next that appears on your computer screen



  9. Dual authentication is now set up, and you can click on the button Done that appears on your computer screen.
