Reallocate activities to another contact

In some cases you may need to reallocate activities associated with one contact to another contact. Next steps to achieve this change:
  1. Prerequisites:

    1. If the file has only one client, it is appropriate totemporarily add a customerto access the functionality of assigning an activity to a given client.

    2. In the settings, it is necessary to activate the option allowing stakeholders in a file to assign activities to a client (Settings > My Firm > Firm Preferences).

  2. Check the activity(s) to be assigned to the affected client:



    Note: You can also check "Select All" if you want to apply the change to all non-billed activities in the folder:



  3. Click on the "Group Actions" button:



  4. Select the "Assign to a client" option:



  5. In the window that opens select the customer to be charged, then click on the blue button "Save":



    ↠all activities are reallocated to the selected client

  6. If you had added a client to step 1.a you can now delete it
