Message JarvisBox (Nextcloud) “The file is presented in the list of files to be excludedâ€
What is it?The JarvisBox sync light is green, but when you go to the list of unsynchronized files you find that some files appear with the message "The file is presented in the list of files to be excluded".
Why?The list of files to be excluded is established by deficiency with the installation of the JarvisBox. It allows files to be disposed of files not intended to be synchronized, such as temporary files (for example: duplicates of files temporarily by certain software as part of automatic backup). At any time you can consult the list of files to exclude in the JarvisBox application:
- Open the JarvisBox app(see article “Open the JarvisBox app†from the Help Center)
- Click on thetab "Settings"
- Click on the"Edit excluded files" button
How to solve the situation?There is no fix to make, as long as these excluded files are not intended to be synchronized.
