What is it?

You are on the "JarvisDrive" tab of a folder and an information message tells you that the JarvisDrive directory of that folder has not been found.

Why?

This message appears when Jarvis Legal does not find the target directory associated with your folder in the Microsoft SharePoint drive connected to your account. This can happen, for example, when you created a folder in Jarvis Legal without having previously connected your drive, or following a folder migration.

How to solve the situation?

To correct this problem, you have two options:

  1. "Creating a new repertoire": By pressing this button, Jarvis Legal will automatically create a new directory in your drive with the same name as your folder. This new directory will now be linked to your file in Jarvis Legal.

  2. "Choose an existing directory": If you already have a directory in your drive that you want to associate with your folder, you can choose this option. Jarvis Legal will allow you to navigate your drive to select the existing directory you want to associate with the folder.
