Mark an activity as "non-billable" or "billable"

In Jarvis Legal you have the opportunity to markactivities(time, services, fees or discounts) as "non-billing". They will appear well in the"Activities" tab of the folderand in thereporting "Control of Activities", but their amount will not be taken into account in the invoicing of the relevant customer(s).

A "Non chargeable" activity appears with a blue label "Non chargeable" in the "Enctivities" tab of a folder:




You can mark an activity as "Non chargeable" in several ways:
  1. The creation of activity

    To do this, make sure to uncheck the "Billable" box. which appears at the bottom of the activity creation window:

  1. On existing activities

    Reminder: only non-billed activities can be changed.

    You can mark an activity that already exists as "Non chargeable" in several ways:

    1. Edit an existing activity and uncheck the "Billable" box

    2. Via the "Activities" tab of a folder:

      1. Click on the buttonto the right of the activity and select "Mark in non-billable"


      1. Select multiple activities, click on the "Group Actions" button and then select "Mark non-billable"
