Install JarvisBox on MAC

You can install the JarvisBox on MAC.



Requirements: JarvisBox is available on Mac OS 10.11 and later versions. If you are using an older version of Mac OS, it is necessary to update your Mac OS to use the JarvisBox.


1. 1. Download the JarvisBox


  • In the block JarvisBox, click on the button Mac OSC 10.11.+, 64 bit

  • The download of JarvisBox intallation file will begin. Once completed, click on the file to start the installation (you can recover the downloaded file from your Downloads folder in your browser or in Finder).

2. Install the JarvisBox

Once you have launched the installer:

  • [Introduction] Click on Continue

  • [Destination] Click on Continue

  • [Installation type] Click on Install

  • [Installation] Enter your MAC password
  • [Installation] Click on Install the software

  • [Installation] Let the program install

  • [Installation] Click on Place in the basket to remove the installer from the JarvisBox

  • [Summary] Click on Close


3. Setting up your JarvisBox

  • Go to your Applications
  • Double click on JarvisBox

  • Enter the following server address: https://drive.jarviscloud.fr
  • Click on Next.

  • Enter your email address (the one you use to connect to Jarvis)
  • Enter the password JarvisDrive/JarvisBox (available in your Settings>My Profile>Security> >JarvisDrive / JarvisBox>Show)
  • Click on Next.

2 options:

[Option 1] By default, the program offers you to synchronize your entire Drive to the Box:

  • Let check Sync all content from the server
  • Click on Sign in

[Option 2] If you want to choose which folders to sync:

  • Click on Select the content to synchronize

  • Check the folders to sync and uncheck those you don't want to have locally
  • Click on Ok (the window closes)
  • Click on Sign in

  • Click on Finish.


4. Access to your JarvisBox

  • Open yourFinder
  • Click on JarvisBox in your Favorites
  • Find the synchronized folders

You have successfully installed your JarvisBox. You can create a shortcut on your desktop.
