Enable and use multi-factor authentication

Enable multi-factor authentication:

1. See you in themSettings of your session, in the "My profile" section

2. Dyears the insert."Security," cClick on the cursor in front of"Multi-factor authentication."


→The cursor turns green, and a window opens.
2.a.In order to avoid encountering difficulties when connecting to Jarvis,When activating multi-factor authentication it is important to check the box "I want to generate a new multi-factor authentication code associated with my account.":



→The window expands, revealing a QR code.
2.b.With your mobile multi-factor identification app (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, or other), scan the QR code.


→If you have difficulty scanning QR codes with your smartphone, you can manually enter the bold code, which appears at the bottom of the window.

3. Once what is necessary in the mobile authentication app, click "register" to finalize the activation.


Using multi-factor authentication:

When you log in to Jarvis, once you enter your username and password, you will be asked for a 6-digit code.



1. You will find this code in your mobile authentication app.

2. Once the code is entered and validated in the Jarvis login page, you will be able to access your account.
