Your contacts are divided into 2 parts: from one side the natural persons (=> tab Persons tab) and on the other legal persons (=> tab Organizations tab).
- Click on the tabPerson[or on the tabOrganizationdepending on the type of contact you want to create]
- Click onAdd a person[or onAdd an Organization]
3. Fill out the information sheet
- Complete the required fields (those with an asterisk):First name,Name...
Note: The "Origin" field allows you to indicate the name of the user who created the contact or the provider of a customer
- [Option] Click on the link "See more fields" if you would like to provide more information about your contact (e.g. address, intra-Community VAT, RCS or social security number,...).The administrator can determine the fields you want to see appear in the contact sheet.
- Click onNext
When you create your contact, you can choose whether or not to add related contacts; that is, contacts that are related to your main contact. The sheets of these contacts will then be visible and clickable from the file of your contact.
If you do not want to add related contacts, clickNext.
Otherwise click onAdd a related contact. The window below appears:
- Choose whether your related contact is an organization (pictogram "building" or a natural person (pictogram "silhouette")
- Write the name of the related contact
- Fill in its role: it is possible to add as many roles as you wish by clicking on "add a role" after writing the word corresponding to the role.
- Click onNext
NB: If your contact already exists, click on their name in the rolling list. If your contact does not exist, type their name and click "Add someone" or "Add organization". You can complete his file later by returning to the "Contacts" menu

5. Create groups (option)
Once you have added the contact-related contacts you are creating or modifying, you can identify that contact as a group by activating the "Group" toggle button. Then, simply check the boxes corresponding to the linked contacts in this group:
For example, if your contact is at the head of several subsidiaries, you can activate the "Group" button, then check the boxes of related contacts belonging to this group and finally fill "Subsidiary" as part of these contacts. The notion of Group will then allow you to easily find the data of contacts belonging to the same group, including through the filters on the Reporting, Invoices and Tasks pages.
You can add an hourly rate or VAT rate applicable to your contact if you wish.
If you change the contact, you have the opportunity to apply these changes responsibly to all contact records.
All non-billed activities in files related to this contact will then be recalculated.
