What does the recipient of folder or file sharing from JarvisDrive (Nextcloud)?

1. 1. Receipt of an email allowing him to access shared element

When youshare an element on JarvisDrive, an email containing the name of the shared item is sent to the recipient of the share (example below). This email contains:

• the name of the speaker
  
• the name of the shared element
  
• a link to access shared element
  

Note:Spaces for viewing shared elements are accessible via secure URLs (URL https://...)

By clicking on the link the client will be redirected to a space to access shared elements.

2. Cases where File Dept option is checked

If you checked the optionFile drop (over only), the recipient of the sharing:

• will not see what is contained on the repertoire
  
• will only be able to deposit documents. The documents will be included in the shared directory.

3. Where the Protect by Password option is enabled

If you checked the optionProtect with a passwordand then you have chosen a password, the recipient of the item sharing will receive the password by email.

By clicking on the link sent in the other email (see point 1) it will this time arrive at an intermediate page asking him to enter the password.
