The statutes of licences

The purchase of licenses online is only possible for accounts created after October 2023.

The user management menu is only accessible to those who have, through their User Profile, access to the right “Administration of the account“Administration.

Licenses purchased online have several colours:

	In yellow: This is the "Free Trial" license which is active for 14 days after the account is created, or until your first license is purchased.
	Green: these are the licenses you have purchased and are currently validated
	In purple: these are the complementary modules you purchased
	In red: these are licenses or modules that have expired

You can find all the information about licenses and modules you have purchased in your Settings > Company > Users & Subscriptions.
