Share documents via the Customer Portal and the Classic JarvisDrive
Access to the portal is now open and your client has defined the password to access their space. You will be able to share documents with him.
The list of your folders is displayed, be careful you will not be able to shareonly documents from the files for which you granted access when creating the customer portal.
Share the document, by clicking on the "..." or on the sharing pictogram and click on "detail". You can share a folder or one or more files inside the folder.
Click on the "Sharing" section and enter the first letters of your contact (the latter must appear intuitively)
B. Define sharing options
- By default your contact will be ableedit (edit) and deposit (share)documents from its portal to your Jarvis Drive
- If you uncheck the box the customer will only be read-only and will not be able to place documents in your drive.
- The customer will not be able to delete the documents you share to him.
C. No longer share a specific file or directory
- Nothing could be simpler, go to the relevant file or directory and click "Don share".
- The file/repertoire then disappears from the client portal and there is no longer access.
