New functionalities

• New login page to Jarvis

We have designed a new, more ergonomic and welcoming connection page. On the right side of this page, a regularly updated insert will allow you to be up to date with Jarvis' latest updates, upcoming events, partnerships set up, etc.





Improvements

• Redesign of document templates page

The Document Models page in Settings (Administrator profile required) has been reviewed in terms of ergonomics: filterable columns, simplified creation/import windows, and standardized buttons. In addition, two new columns have been added: the "Language" column and the "Form Name" column to help you better identify and organize your models. This was important for those of you with a large array of document templates.



• Downloading invoices (pdf) and/or proforma (docx)

Many of you still have to print your invoice projects (proforma) in order to have them reviewed and validated by your associates or file managers. In fact, we have improved the "Download" feature on the Billing>Invoices page to allow you to also download proformas (in Word format) and print them if needed.



• Information on provisions usable in a fee forma

For those of you who use a significant number of provisions for a single client or folder, we have added more details in the proforma editor in the "Use a provision" block. It now appears in this block for each of the available supply invoices their invoice number, their date and their possible attached file. This will allow you to better identify the provisions you want to use in your fee proformas (for example the oldest first).



• Redesign of reporting List of invoices

In the Reportings menu, the Invoice List report shows all the information related to multi-file invoices by displaying, for example, the name, reference and file manager covered by a multi-file invoice. This allows you to filter on one of the elements of the invoice such as the name, reference or manager of one of the files covered by the multi-file invoice. In addition, as on other pages, there is a button at the top right of the list allowing you to display the columns of your choice.



• Amount of provision balance

Now when you manage and validate a credit (partial or cancellation) on a provision invoice, the provision balance available on the customer record updates automatically and is deducted from the corresponding credit amount.

• Addition of time to fly from a proforma

From the proforma editor, when you add a Time activity to the fly, if this activity has a value "Worked Time" per default (cf. Parameters>Default Activities - ), then the time worked and billed will be added automatically when entering the activity in the proforma.


Bug resolution

- The "PJ from JarvisDrive" button is again active in the editing window of a new email from the Mails tab of a folder
- The display of customizable Date fields in the contact sheets has been corrected
- The display of the name of the file manager in the file sheets has been corrected
- Beacons relating to a part including an apostrophe (e.g. Judge of instruction) are again active
