New functionalities
• Choice of invoice date for invoices provisions
When creating a proforma of provisions you can now choose a custom invoice date. This feature already existed for fee formas and is currently available for provisions. Thus, when creating a provision, you can now choose an invoice date your choice or opt for the date of validation of the invoice.
Improvements
• Retention of number of items displayed per list
In order to improve Jarvis's ergonomics, in all pages displaying lists (e.g. Files, People, Organizations, etc.) the number of items displayed is now limited for each user and for each list. Thus, even when you log in and reconnect or access Jarvis from another equipment, your display preferences are kept for easier navigation. (NB: This evolution will soon be implemented for Activity Tracking, Invoice Details and Receipts pages).
• Functional improvement My tasks of the day
The setting of the display of the "My Tasks of the Day" window that appears each time you log in to Jarvis is now available to all users and not just Jarvis account administrators. This feature, which is in the form of a "Show the window of the tasks to do the day with each connection to Jarvis" has been moved into Settings>My Profile.
• Improved typing time from the Quick Add button (+)
In the entry window of a time that appears at the click on the (+) button in the top bar of your app, the check box allowing you to choose the client is now only displayed if the folder has multiple clients and you have enabled the corresponding right in Settings>Companyé>Information & Preferences.
Bug resolution
- Correction of access to a file if the manager or file stakeholders are inactive
- Fixed the classification of emails in the Mails received and Mails sent from a folder
- Correction of the translation of the login page
- Correction of the calculation of the amount cashed and remaining in the reporting List of invoices
- Fixed when managing date fields depending on the time zone
- Correction of access to Contact Reference and Reference of folders in settings related to corresponding rights in user profiles
