Edit a contact

It is possible tocreate a contact, modify anddelete deletea contact.

To change the information of an existing contact:

• Click on the tabContacts(Persons or Organizations)in the left sidebar to access the list of your contacts
  
• To find contact, do not hesitate to use the search engine.
• Click on theNameof the contact to change
  
• You can also click on the "Action" button (3 small dots at the end right of the contact line), and choose "Edit"
  

From the contact sheet:

• Click onthesmall blue square with 3 small dotsat the top right of the sheet
  
• Click onEdit
  

• Change thegeneral informationof your contact otherwise click onNext.
  

• If necessary, also change theRelated contactsto your contact otherwise click onNext.
  

NB: A related contact is a person or organization with a relationship or hierarchy relationships with your contact. Jarvis allows you to fill in this information in the Contacts section of your records.

• Edit the information related to thebillingotherwise click onRegister:
  

NB: In Jarvis, among the options offered, you can choose to charge your customers on their own rate. Enter the hourly rate on the record if you want to use this billing feature otherwise leave the field empty.

It is also possible todelete deletecontact.
