Contact the Support Service
You can contact Customer Service and Support in several ways:
- By email
- Via the addresssupportfr@jarvis-legal.com
- By contacting your Support Manager
- Via your Jarvis Legal interface:
Click on the Help Center (the green round with a question mark at the bottom left of your Jarvis interface)
- Click on the “Assistance†tab to send a written request
- Click on the “Conversation†tab to start a live conversation (chat) with a member of the Team (Monday to Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m., then from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.)
