Comment on documents alone or with others on JarvisDrive (Nextcloud)

TheJarvisDrivegives you the opportunity to comment on your documents and respond between stakeholders.


To comment on a document:

From yourJarvisDrive
  • Place yourself on the folder (or search for the document) to comment
  • Click on the islandSharing.

  • In the menu that opens on the right, clickComments
  • Write your comment
  • Click on theon the rightfor theregister

Your comment:

  • will be visible to all stakeholders in the file
  • may be completed by other comments (wildings or those of other stakeholders sharing the file)
  • may have the mention @nomdel' user if you wish to send a comment to another user. In this case, it will have an alert with the bell visible in the Drive:



Attention: Only users with whom the directory or file is shared will see the comment and receive the notification.
