Archive a matter together with the associated matter folder in JarvisDrive
Jarvis offers a functionality that allows both the archiving the matter and its related folder in Jarvis Drive files.
On a matter page you want to archive click on the button at the top right of the page then select Archive
The matter will be automatically moved to the list of
Archived matter, and its folder in Jarvis Drive will be automatically moved into "Archives" folder of the relevant matter manager.
A tag appears with a "Archived" label:
Similarly in the research the file will appear in the results with this same label:
Note: To fill in activities (time, fees, etc.) in an archived matter, you will need to do so via the file page (see article Create an activity from the matter).
2/ Reopen an archived matter
At any time it is possible to reopen an archived matter: on the page of the matter click on the button
in the top right corner then select
Reopen.
