Archive a File and the Associated JarvisDrive Directory
Jarvis offers a functionality that allows both thearchiving your related Jarvis Drive files and directories.
1/ Archive a folder and its JarvisDrive directory
On the page of the Folder to archive click on the buttonat the top right of the page then selectArchiving.
The File will be automatically moved to the list of
Archived Records, and the Jarvis Drive directory will be automatically moved into the Jarvis Drive "Archives" directory of the relevant Folder Manager.
An archived file appears with a red "Archived" label:
Similarly in the research the file will appear in the results with this same label:
Note: To fill in activities (time, fees, etc.) in an archived folder, you will need to do so via the file page (see articleCreate an activity from the file).
2/ Reopen an archived file
At any time it is possible to archive a Folder: on the page of the Folder click on the button
top right then select
Reopen.
