After clicking on "Send for signature"In your Jarvis Drive, you will be redirected to an electronic signature process creation page.
Here you must select the signatories of the document and then place the various signature labels.
Choice of signatories
In Step 1, you must select the signatory(s) of your document. When entering a name in the search bar, you can find all your contacts (people and organizations) and different users of your practice.
When a contact is selected, it is displayed under the search bar.
You can also delete it by clicking on the cross to the right of the contact.
Election of telephone addresses and numbers
The process tracking email and signature certification code will be sent to the email addresses and phone numbers displayed here. It is therefore very important to ensure that this information is correct.
If you want to select or add another email address or phone number, simply click the pencil button to the right of the contact. You can then enter another address or number, or simply select another address.
In addition, if the email address or telephone number of the selected signatory is not valid, an error message will appear and you can change this information by clicking the pencil button to the right of the contact.
Attention: The format of the telephone number must be [+ind.country][telephone number without 0] (e.g. +33677889911 for a French number).
Once the signatory(s) has been selected and their information verified, you must click the "Next" button to proceed to Step 2.
